Hunky Taiwanese Mandopop star Show Luo’s Encore World Live Tour was a spectacle to behold. He played to an amped up audience at the Putra Indoor Stadium on 16 April. The 31-year-old singer, also recognized as “Asia’s Dance King”, kicked-off his massive 24-song set with ‘Only U’. All eyes were fixed on the ginormous spiky ball suspended from the ceiling amidst flickering lights and lazers. Moments later Show Luo descended onto the stage from an opening in the sphere wearing a silver spacey-looking suit. Talk about a grand entrance for the opening sequence! Review and photos below…

I’d unabashedly admit that I felt like a giddy-headed school girl with a colossal crush. Plastered on my face, throughout Show Luo’s show, was a sheepish grin! Why? Witnessing this man perform in the flesh was visually stimulating as the slick choreography intentionally highlighted Show Luo’s mad and rad dance skills.
Let’s also mention the very obvious fact that Show Luo’s blush-worthy looks was intertwined with explosive talent and comedic relief. The Taiwanese pop star cracked jokes throughout his concert — unscripted. Mix that with a breathtaking production and you’d have the ultimate entertainment experience. Yes, Show Luo managed to ‘Touch My Heart’— cheesy but true.
